Service Description
General Areas: Dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces. Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and handrails. Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors. Empty and clean trash and recycling bins. Spot clean walls and remove scuff marks. Clean and disinfect telephones and office equipment. Dust and clean baseboards. Clean and disinfect air vents and ducts. Dust and clean window sills and ledges. Clean and disinfect interior and exterior of entry doors. Clean and disinfect elevator buttons (if applicable). Dust and clean blinds or curtains. Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and countertops. Empty and clean trash receptacles. Clean and disinfect mirrors. Wipe down and disinfect partitions and stall doors. Clean and disinfect baby changing stations (if applicable). Polish stainless steel fixtures. Kitchen/Break Room: Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and appliances. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware. Wipe down and disinfect tables and chairs. Empty and clean trash and recycling bins. Clean the interior of the microwave and refrigerator. Clean and disinfect cabinet handles and knobs. Wipe down and disinfect vending machines (if applicable). Meeting Rooms: Wipe down and disinfect tables and chairs. Vacuum or clean carpets and rugs. Clean and disinfect whiteboards or presentation equipment. Clean and disinfect AV equipment (if applicable). Windows and Glass Surfaces: Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions. Remove fingerprints and smudges from glass surfaces. Electronics: Dust and wipe down computer screens, keyboards, and peripherals. Disinfect shared office equipment like printers and copiers. Floor Care: Vacuum carpets and mats. Sweep and mop hard floors.

Please review our booking policy before scheduling your service: ✅ Booking Requirements All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A valid email and phone number are required for confirmation. A credit/debit card may be required to hold your booking. 📅Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will incur a $30 fee. ⏰ Arrival Window Please allow a 30-minute arrival window for our cleaners. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays. 💳 Payment Policy We accept credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Tips are appreciated but never required. 🧹 Before We Arrive Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items. Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. ⚠️ Service Limitations We do not clean hazardous materials or bodily fluids.
