Cancellation Policy
Vienest Cleaning Services We’re excited to help you enjoy a cleaner space! Please review our booking policy before scheduling your service: ✅ Booking Requirements All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A valid email and phone number are required for confirmation. A credit/debit card may be required to hold your booking. 📅Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will incur a $30 fee. ⏰ Arrival Window Please allow a 30-minute arrival window for our cleaners. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays. 💳 Payment Policy We accept credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Tips are appreciated but never required. 🧹 Before We Arrive Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items. Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. ⚠️ Service Limitations We do not clean hazardous materials or bodily fluids.
